This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Seleon, LLC ("Seleon," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, receives, accesses, uses, processes, stores, transfers, discloses, commercializes, and otherwise handles information, including personal data, in connection with our website, mobile applications, web applications, APIs (if any), data contribution workflows, dataset creation and curation pipelines, labeling and annotation tools, dashboards, payout and wallet functionality, and any other products, services, or features that link to or reference this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies to any visitor, contributor, customer, enterprise partner, or other user of the Services ("you" or "your"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Seleon Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which are incorporated by reference. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS POLICY.

ROLE OF THE PARTIES; CONTROLLER STATUS

Seleon, LLC is a company organized under the laws of the United States and acts as the data controller (or equivalent role) for personal data processed in connection with the Services, meaning that Company determines the purposes and means of such processing.

For operational, compliance, payment, and support purposes, Company may engage affiliates, contractors, subprocessors, and service providers, including an Argentine simplified stock company (sociedad por acciones simplificada, "SAS") or other local entities acting solely as payment facilitation or compliance agents ("Local Payment Agents"). Local Payment Agents do not purchase Submitted Content and do not independently determine the purposes of processing except as required to facilitate payments, regulatory compliance, or lawful operations on Company's behalf.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, platforms, wallets, exchanges, or applications that you may access through links, integrations, or payment rails ("Third-Party Services"). Their privacy practices are governed exclusively by their own policies, and Company disclaims responsibility for such practices.

CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including without limitation:

(a) Account and Profile Information: name, username, email address, phone number, authentication credentials, profile details, and similar identifiers; (b) Submitted Content: any data or content you upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services, including images, video, audio, text, metadata, labels, annotations, geolocation data, timestamps, and derived or processed data; (c) Identity, Verification, and Compliance Information: government-issued identification, age verification data, tax forms, residency declarations, payment eligibility information, sanctions-related information, and other documentation required for AML/KYC, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance; (d) Payment and Wallet Information: payout preferences, wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, bank or payment account details, and related records; (e) Communications: information contained in communications with Company, including support requests, feedback, survey responses, and research participation.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect:

(a) Log and Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, features used, interactions, error logs, and referring URLs; (b) Device and Network Information: hardware model, device settings, network information, and approximate location derived from IP address; (c) Analytics and Performance Data: information collected through analytics tools to measure usage, performance, and effectiveness of the Services.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third parties, including without limitation:

(a) authentication and identity providers; (b) payment processors, wallet providers, and financial institutions; (c) compliance, verification, fraud-prevention, and sanctions-screening providers; (d) analytics, marketing, and attribution partners; (e) public, governmental, or lawful commercial data sources; (f) affiliates and service providers acting on our behalf.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

We process information for the following purposes:

(a) to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; (b) to enable submission, ingestion, processing, labeling, aggregation, curation, packaging, and commercialization of Submitted Content; (c) to administer accounts, identity verification, compliance checks, and payouts; (d) to communicate with you regarding the Services, transactions, updates, and support; (e) to prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or unlawful activity; (f) to comply with legal, tax, regulatory, AML/KYC, sanctions, and reporting obligations; (g) to conduct internal analytics, audits, research, and product development; (h) to enforce the Terms and other policies; (i) to protect the rights, safety, and property of Company, users, customers, partners, and third parties.

Where required by applicable law, processing is based on appropriate legal grounds, including contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations. Nothing in this Policy limits processing that is permitted or required by law.

COMMERCIAL USE AND DISCLOSURE OF SUBMITTED CONTENT

Submitted Content may be processed, analyzed, labeled, annotated, aggregated, combined into datasets, transferred, licensed, sublicensed, sold, or otherwise commercialized in accordance with the Terms.

Such use may include, without limitation:

(a) dataset creation and curation; (b) licensing or transfer to enterprise customers and partners; (c) development, training, testing, evaluation, deployment, and operation of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems; (d) internal research, analytics, benchmarking, demonstrations, and product improvement; (e) marketing, promotional, or illustrative uses, where lawful.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose information:

(a) to affiliates, contractors, subprocessors, and service providers acting on our behalf; (b) to enterprise customers, partners, and sublicensees in connection with licensed datasets or services; (c) to payment processors and Local Payment Agents for payout facilitation and compliance; (d) to compliance, verification, fraud-prevention, and sanctions-screening providers; (e) in connection with corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or asset sales; (f) to comply with legal obligations, court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory requests; (g) to protect the rights, safety, or property of Company or others; (h) with your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal data for consumer advertising purposes.

CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

Information may be processed, stored, and transferred to the United States and other countries where Company, its affiliates, or service providers operate. Laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such cross-border transfers, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law.

ARGENTINA AND OTHER CIVIL-LAW JURISDICTIONS

For users located in Argentina or submitting content captured in Argentina:

(a) processing may be subject to Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and related regulations; (b) processing relies on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or other lawful bases as applicable; (c) mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived; (d) cross-border transfers may be conducted in accordance with lawful mechanisms.

Similar mandatory protections apply in other jurisdictions with non-waivable data protection rights, to the minimum extent required by law.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services. You may manage cookies through browser settings; however, disabling cookies may impair functionality.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and pursue legitimate business interests.

Submitted Content may be retained indefinitely in accordance with the Terms, including in anonymized, aggregated, or transformed form.

DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of electronic transmission and storage.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent where applicable.

Requests may be submitted to support@seleon.tech and will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Rights are subject to limitations, exceptions, and contractual obligations.

CHILDREN AND MINORS

The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen. Additional protections apply to Submitted Content involving minors, as described in the Terms.

REGULATORY DISCLOSURES AND COMPLIANCE

We may disclose information to regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other authorities as required or permitted by law. We may suspend processing, restrict access, or retain information where necessary for compliance.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
